Training shows run regularly through the winter on a Tuesday from

12 noon.  The shows are designed to aid any competitor to improve the way both themselves and their horse negotiate their way around a show jumping course.  The show contracts two International trainers for the day John and Matthew Lanni and their expert advice is available free of charge for any competitor whilst they are conducting their training rounds.   The training rounds cost is a very affordable  £15.00 per horse and consist of two full rounds of schooling over a set of show jumping fences commencing at 85 cms (approx 2’9”) for Intro Show Jumping, the height then rise through increasing height levels of Novice, Intermediate and Advanced culminating at around 1.20m (3’11”).  This enables competitors to select the height of fences they are comfortable negotiating (either the rider or the horse) and to hopefully enjoy a successful training session.

Refreshments both Hot and Cold are available throughout the day in the Bistro.
